We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Preschool 3-Year-Old Lead Teacher. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a positive and engaging learning experience for young children while also incorporating Christian principles into their daily lessons.
Responsibilities:
– Implement age-appropriate lesson plans using school provided curriculum that will promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
– Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
– Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
– Incorporate Christian teachings and values into daily lessons and interactions.
– Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and development. – Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall success of the preschool program.
Qualifications:
– Degree in early childhood education preferred
– Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
– Must be a committed Christian actively involved in their church community. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a First Grade Teacher. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching young children, committed to integrating Christian values into their curriculum, and possess a strong foundation in elementary education principles.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
– Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
– Foster academic growth, critical thinking skills, and character development in students
– Integrate Christian teachings and values into daily lessons, activities, and interactions with students.
– Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
– Assess student progress regularly and provide meaningful feedback to support their learning and growth.
– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field required.
– Previous experience teaching is preferred.
– Must be a committed Christian actively involved in their church community. – Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
